MD - Ephraim Kakui

Ephraim Kakui is a Construction Project Manager with over 10 years experience in the construction industry majorly in residential and commercial developments. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a global accreditation issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Ephraim believes that, "the world would be a better place if professionalism was held esteem”. He is highly motivated, result oriented, quality conscious, keen to detail and is inspired by a deep desire to offer solutions to the challenges clients face in today’s increasingly complex construction industry.

He has handled projects of different sizes for different clients ranging from private developers to corporate to successful completion. The ease in which he rhymes with all the stakeholders in every project is what has made every client desire to have him in their next project. He is a team player and interacts easily with all stakeholders in projects and always strives to ensure all their expectations are well managed.
